1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jaatcloud.in ("the Website", "JaatCloud", "we", "us"), including any account you create, order you place, or service you purchase. By using the Website you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

2Who Can Use JaatCloud

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country if that is higher, to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement. Accounts are for individual use; sharing login credentials with third parties is discouraged and done at your own risk.

3Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Use a unique password you don't reuse elsewhere, and verify your email via the OTP code we send during signup - this protects your wallet balance, order history, and delivered products. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

4Orders & Payments

Prices on the Website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and can change without notice; the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay. UPI orders are verified manually against the transaction reference (UTR) you submit - please double-check this before submitting, as an incorrect UTR delays verification. Cryptocurrency payments, where offered, are final once confirmed on-chain.

Submitting a false or fabricated payment proof (screenshot or UTR) is treated as attempted fraud and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending order.

5Service Delivery

Digital products (hosting panels, accounts, boosts, unban services and similar) are delivered to your Dashboard and registered email once payment is verified. Delivery times vary by product and are shown on the relevant product page; delays caused by third-party platforms (Discord, Instagram, hosting providers, game publishers) are outside our direct control but we will keep you updated via your ticket.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass payment verification, rate limits, or security controls; resell or share access to services in a way that breaches the terms of the underlying platform (e.g. Discord, Instagram, game publisher policies); or abuse support staff. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

7Refunds & Warranty

Refund eligibility, timelines, and warranty coverage for each product are set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: most digital goods are refundable only before delivery or if we fail to deliver what was paid for; delivered account credentials and completed services are covered by the specific warranty period stated on the product page, not by a general right of return.

8Limitation of Liability

JaatCloud provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any third-party platform action (such as a suspension by Discord, Instagram, or a game publisher) taken against an account or service you purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9Termination

You may stop using the Website and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or abuses the platform, with or without notice depending on severity.

10Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms as our services or the law change; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
